Initial enquiries and confidential material
The website enquiry form is processed using FormSubmit so that the information entered can be forwarded by email to Dr Popalzai. FormSubmit therefore processes the information submitted through the form on behalf of the website and may retain form submissions for up to 30 days. Visitors may instead contact Dr Popalzai directly by email without using the website form. Please do not include confidential case bundles, identity documents, medical records or other sensitive documents in an initial enquiry. If an instruction progresses and documents are required, appropriate arrangements for their transmission and handling will be agreed separately.

Website form submissions are processed by FormSubmit for delivery by email. Professional email at dr@zubairpopalzai.com is provided through Apple iCloud Mail. These providers may process information in accordance with their own service arrangements and privacy terms.
Cloudflare is a global provider and may process information internationally. Where personal information is transferred internationally, applicable transfer mechanisms and safeguards are relied upon as required by data protection law.
